Faculty - Ceremony Participant

• You will participate in the Commencement Ceremony, wear your academic regalia, and process in with the graduates!

• Faculty planning to march in the commencement academic procession should check-in and assemble in the first level of the arena parking garage no later than 9:30 a.m.
• Continental breakfast will be available to faculty participants in the main concourse of the arena.
• The academic procession will begin promptly at 10:40 a.m. so that commencement can start at 11:00 a.m.

Faculty, Staff, Employee - Ceremony WOLF PACK Attendee

• You will attend the Commencement Ceremony, wear WCSU colors, and cheer for our graduates from the designated Wolf Pack seating section!
• Faculty, Staff & Employees planning to attend the ceremony should bring their confirmation email with QR code, and enter the arena through the STAFF Doors located to the left of the arena entrance, across from the parking garage. Your confirmation QR code will be required for entry for seating capacity purposes only.
• Entry and access to the Wolf Pack floor seating will be closed by 10:30am, so please ensure you arrive before 10:30am.

Faculty and Staff Volunteer Team

• You are part of the Volunteer Team assigned by the Event & Conference Management Department.
• This option should only be selected if you have already been identified as a volunteer by Event & Conference Management.

Parking & Transportation

• Event day parking is located in the surface lots across from the arena located between Lafayette St & Broad St., in the Harbor Yard Transit Garage on South Frontage Rd., the Housatonic Garage on Lafayette Blvd, and handicap accessible parking is located in the surface lot on the corner of Broad Street and South Frontage Rd. Bridgeport Police will be stationed at the entrance and various arena locations to direct traffic. All parking is free and available on a first come first served basis. • WCSU will also provide free bus transportation to the Total Mortgage Arena, Bridgeport, for 2025 graduate and undergraduate student candidates, guests, faculty, and staff. The bus will depart WCSU from the Westside Campus Center bus stop at 8:30 a.m. The bus will leave the Total Mortgage Arena to return to Danbury 30 minutes after the Commencement ceremony ends. Faculty & staff who require this transportation, please reserve seats here and bring your confirmation on the day of Commencement to board the shuttle.
