We’re calling all student vendors/artists and local restaurants to join us for a day full of music, food, and unforgettable fun. Showcase your talents, share your creations, and connect with the community. Bring your friends, family, and your best festival vibes. Let’s make memories together!
To confirm your participation, a refundable deposit is required for both students and outside vendors. This deposit guarantees your spot at the event and ensures your business will be featured on our official Street Fest t-shirts. Deposits will be refunded in full after the event, provided you attend and participate as scheduled. This policy helps us ensure vendor commitment and a smooth event experience for everyone.
All participants are responsible for their own setup, takedown, and general cleanup. Setup begins at 10 am. The festival will take place at Midtown Campus, located on Dr. James Roach Blvd, which will be closed for the event, on Wednesday, September 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cleanup is scheduled from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
